Good point, and I agree. All I am saying is that I feel they may have overshot there goal a bit. I personally, feel they should lower the recast about 20%.Sure that would make things easier, but to my understanding that's not what we want to do... is it?
Again there are more skills to use. The reason SE raises cooldowns on skills or increases MP massively on spells is to reduce spam and increase the use of otherwise neglected skills such as Spiritbind, Accomplice, Quelling Stike, etc.
Less using the same skills repeatedly, more using a variety of skills.
