QOL Adjustments this Game DESPERATELY NEEDS

I imagine it wouldn't be very difficult to do.

Signs already link over the mob's head, having them link in the Mob-list is literally the same thing just elsewhere.

TP links to the personal TP Bar, doing so in the Party List would again be identical.

You miss the part where there's a limit to on screen elements. Yes it's a PS3 thing but something like an on screen party TP bar needs to be available to every player so they need to work out how to do it for the PS3 before anyone gets it. Now the signs in the mob list isn't so critical so they could do this for just PC/PS4.

I'd rather the colored text for TP then the bar, both for myself and the party memebers.
Chocobo out while Queued should have been fixed a long time ago.
Enemy list SIGNS YES PLEASE!!! why wasn't this default at launch ><
Quest List stuff would be nice, but can live without to get other QOL stuff.
Ping/flag easily for maps, also should have been default at launch.

As to

the UI needs a power aura / icon in the middle for procs , like Cure II/ III , Haymaker , Straight Shot! , maybe Assasinate/Mercy Strike, Shield Swipe ect

wow ...after years finally added it as default..... (power auras addon)

I'd like it even to have something more obvious for some minor things, like bloodletter procs (which as only a CD reset doesn't need an aura, but I've missed its proc lots of times on my lala)
Also it doesn't need to be this flashy; maybe settings to town it down (or off for those who dont want it) but a toned down could just be a partially transparent Icon floating to the sides of your character, the size of the default icons)
