How would you break it to someone that their DPS is awful?

First of all, can you pinpoint if the DPS in question is being "awful" or just undergeared?
Also, can you pinpoint if he's undergeared in an absolute sense, or he's just less geared than the other DPS in the group?

Those are pretty important questions to ask yourself before branding someone as "awful".

-The person is using an Animus weapon.
-They are over i100 overall.
-They meet the accuracy cap.
-The person is doing less damage than our comparably geared tank in Defiance. <- chief concern
