    The more that I think about this, the less I understand why it works like that. Right now, I can't think of ANY reason it should punish the whole group. What is the point?

    It's not to stop groups fishing for in progress runs because groups cannot join in progress.
    It's not to stop groups from fishing for other teams in an alliance. We can form alliances now and join with them so there's no reason anyone would do this.
    And it's not even to stop trolling. Even if the queue punishes individuals, a group of 3 would each get two attempts to troll the DF per member of the team. The result is a total of 6 attempts to troll. However, those individuals can already, given the current system, troll the queue by themselves 2 times each. This allows them to troll the same number of 6 attempts. So it's not helping there.

    I'm at a complete loss. Why punish individuals for the mistakes of others, what purpose is this supposed to serve?
