The problem with this silly statement is that the maximum leveling speed is reachable only by the ones with the ability to do so. Not everyone has it, and that's how it should be. No matter if a few say that they can't reach those numbers. As long as others can, that's what the maximum speed is.

Ergo, the many that told you clearly that the curve is unchanged cannot be proven wrong just because some don't have the skill and organization needed to match it. if you lack it, maybe you should just try to improve yourself instead of complaining.
