Why would you need to lock out the entire party? Locking out the person that clicked withdraw is enough to prevent the group from queuing again until they replace that person.This might mean clearly watch who you party with. I agree with the way it is working is as intended. As other people in this thread have said, it should be even stricter but at least it's something. How do you prevent a party from constantly withdrawal from frontlines to promote wintrading? you lock the whole party out that's doing it. Sorry but there is no other way.
In case the whole party is in collaboration on the win trading. TBH I have no way to prove someone is doing this or not. But there have been complaints on the forums about it going on. So someone got the idea this was happening.
