I’m guessing my point didn’t come across in my previous post.
I didn’t say that you withdrew from the party, but that the player who did withdraw was probably still in the party. That’s why i said it was odd that you had the “lockout” message.
Credit goes to Niqo'te for her fabulous art in the "Nique's happy fun time!"-thread and Nix/Capa for the Caitlyn drawing to the right. \(^_^ )/
Give her your support by liking their art!
No, I was simply confirming.
It's not wierd at all.
If someone in your party lets the timer hit 0, or hits Withdraw when your que has popped, you will incur a penalty. (I don't know if this is only if they do so BEFORE you hit 'commence' yourself, or if you can potentially bypass this by literally hawk-eying for the que, but either way...), that's what people are complaining about. They're getting penalty when they, themselves, never hit the withdraw button/let it time out.
I think I'd rather they just remove the 3 strikes thing and just give anyone hitting withdraw or letting it time out a 10 min penalty.
Other people using up your 'strikes' is just wrong
Hmm. That's a good point. Did you click accept or did you not click anything yet before he clicked withdraw? It's not wierd at all.

This might mean clearly watch who you party with. I agree with the way it is working is as intended. As other people in this thread have said, it should be even stricter but at least it's something. How do you prevent a party from constantly withdrawal from frontlines to promote wintrading? you lock the whole party out that's doing it. Sorry but there is no other way.
Why would you need to lock out the entire party? Locking out the person that clicked withdraw is enough to prevent the group from queuing again until they replace that person. This might mean clearly watch who you party with. In case the whole party is in collaboration on the win trading. TBH I have no way to prove someone is doing this or not. But there have been complaints on the forums about it going on. So someone got the idea this was happening.

And again the simple omission of the progress status in the acceptance window would completely eliminate in progress fishing.
I seriously don't get why the DEVs don't do it this way instead of coming up with elaborate systems of punishments.
Well maybe a sadistic need to inflict penalties on players... who knows. >.<
Then what is a party supposed to do when someone drops mid duty? GG, abandon?
