They're assuming that because you're a woman, you too will know beauty when you see it. They're asking for your professional opinion as a woman on whether those "Miqo'te beauties" are worthy. The Duel Personalities Quest is the most recent example. Why is my female character dropping to one knee beside the NPC to check out the "Miqo'te beauties?" I was going to suggest different dialogue for male/female characters in these situations but I think that could still be an issue. Maybe we can find some other solution?
Thanks!
Seems like your char is okay with women. Good for her!
My guy once oiled down another guy for a quest..at least that's what he said it was for. Sneaky sneaky.

I'm sure it's in the Bro Code that if a Bro asked to be oiled down that you do it for your bro. Some spots on the back can be hard.
2. A bro must have another bro’s back no matter what
A bro must be there for his bro in times of need, be it financial difficulty, the pursuit of girls, fistfights, and drunken shenanigans. Nothing else must get in the way of this and he should ask no questions.

When you deal with human beings, never count on logic or consistency.
Fluid like water. Smooth like silk. Pepperoni like pizza.
This. Although I'm gay, in real life I can objectively look at a woman and think: wow, she's gorgeous - amazing figure, handsome face; a true beauty. There's absolutely no feelings after that. In reality, I think a lot of people of the same sex can say that about their own gender, without feeling alienated about it![]()

I'm straight. But at no point does that deter my ability to say that I think a particular man is handsome or could be considered attractive in my opinion.
Same, straight and I got no problem saying another guy is attractive. My girlfriend stops and looks at me I have to remind her "It's okay to agree with me...get use to it." and the world...keeps on spinning.
And it wouldn't bother me if they did a lot of other quests where it could show the male character showing some interest to another male character. In fact make the reward grade IV materia..and write the rest however you want. Just bring my Roegadyn back by at a decent hour. Remember, you take him..you feed him.

I think anyone who believes that should try "asking for another woman's opinion" in the same way. But, regardless, do you think that your argument solves the fact that my immersion was broken by this? People see things different ways. I'm not asking you to agree. I just want SE to consider not making every cutscene with a male perspective (Ze Puff Puff also comes to mind).
They can't ensure every player's immersion will remain pure and untainted, perhaps you are overreacting a bit here.I think anyone who believes that should try "asking for another woman's opinion" in the same way. Our loc team sometimes gets a bit ridiculous with the "ye olde" talk, very often I see myself ignoring quest dialog to avoid a headache, it seems like no one in this company knows what a middle ground is, they have to take everything to the extremes.

This quote confuse me:
Your own personal immersion?I think anyone who believes that should try "asking for another woman's opinion" in the same way. Sorry but correct me if I'm wrong but I remember in your other deleted thread a while ago, you admitted certain things that make it perfectly fit your real life self?
P.S: I have no problem with SE considering both genders when they make things
