Most likely by the time 3.0 comes out Relics will be i135 and BiS again, we just have to wait for the quests to drop. Hell, if the "Ultimate weapon" comment of Yoshi-P's is taken as a lot do the Relic could be i140.

As others have said though, Nexus will be BiS for the vast majority of the game's population for a while given Final Coil's difficulty.

Yet another topic made by a fluffy and static-less casual X.X was the same in 2.2, how is hard to understand that relics re not meant to be always the top tier BIS weapons... It only serve as catch-up weapons to motivate people to start raiding... But look like they still didn't got it.

This is the kind of stuffs that make me die a little inside, they want the best with no serious efforts (no, relic isn't serious efforts, it's just a brain-dead-grind fest mixed with a massive gils crash under your wallet).

Ya, like they did for nexus, 6 month after the release of t6-9.

JFI and clarify, relic is not needed for jack or we would still be stuck in T9, i am the only one in my group that have it. But it is a mega lack of respect from SE to do this move to who spend that amount of time into something that have barely no use.

What isn't mentioned is whag is different from said ultimate weapon that we are not seeing in these stages. Will it too, only be useful for a few months before it gets tossed away for good with some flavor of the week token weapon surpassing it? Is such an end goal worthy of the time investment put into it?
