Looks good except for kassatsu, which only makes ninjutsu crit so would be best used directly before raiton, this also gets the most efficiency out of it. I would of thought that anyway.

kassatsu's crit on next ninjutsu has 10 seconds timer on the buff. If you're worth your salt you would kassatsu, use whatever buffs that can increase your damage available within that 10 seconds and then hit the raiton.
