Personal hope is for 1 tank, 1 healer, 1 melee and 1 ranged, just because it makes sense.
That and it helps the DRK avoid the awful fate of being utterly destroyed by becoming a tank. Seriously gonna be sad if the iconic offensive powerhouse class from almost every other FF it has appeared in gets neutered and turned into a tank. Plus, the niche it would full is already occupied by the Warrior, even if it is a bit on the weak side.
Holy Knight - deal magic damage and have a chance to in flict debuffs.

I only want Dancer
It can either be the first DOW healer, or be a DOW dps with a focus on AOE attacks much like BLM![]()



Templar (lancer offshoot, tower shield + lance):
-shield up stance removes positional requirement on all lance attacks and boosts defense
-offense job skills inflicts status debuffs with high enmity effect (pacification, slow, attack, down etc)
-judgement job skill that punishes the target for extra damage if they resist the status
-all attack animations modified to fit the shield
Ishgard's main defense force before dragoons existed. Job story should deal with the leader of the templars who believes that Ishgard shouldn't rely on dragoons (they use dragon powers after all) and wishes to have the templars returned to its former glory.

I really hope we'll get RDM as dps possibly with cross class skills from cnj and thm but maybe it would make him too powerful.
SMR as tank with a different play style compared to war and pld so i'll be able to try this role without causing wipes and dramas.
2 new healers - because I want to try new strategies and styles. Plus i hope that having a wider varieties of styles among tanks and healers could help reducing the timeof queue in df and the number of people playing only dps ..
Mime: can use all the magic and skill of other jobs with less potency (60-70%)
Time Mage: supportive/dps magical job with very long casting time: the spells could be landed anytime, for example after 2s of casting the magical atk will be 20%, if you wait all the casting time it will be 100%+bonus
Drk(Dps from glad). 2hswrd-Samurai(Dps), Yojimibo(tank)(Yes I know he's a summons generally but its also means bodyguard) rapier-rdm(tank), Runefencer(dps)(or vice versa). Msk-Corsair(dps), Chemist(heals). Geo(Cnj Dps). Wrestler(Pug Tank) Dancer(rog heals), Templar(Lnc Tank), Berserker/Viking(dps mrd). Necromancer(I have no idea what it should build off of.. but its been many a FF since we saw it). Puppetmaster
My top 3 :
- Corsair (from musketeer class).
- Blue Mage (??? class but somehow linked with Raubahn's lore).
- Samurai (could be nice if it was a tank job, all of our slow DF procs problems would disapear for good).


I hope the new tank ends up being Dark Knight, modelled after WoW's Death Knight. Would be the ultimate troll.
