As long as the website you're buying it off supports iDeal :P
It's quite a refreshing change, that Dutch debit card problem is the first legitimate issue I've heard so far that could cause people to be unable to play following this sudden change to payment methods... too bad most of the people complaining don't have this problem and are just being stubborn. Feel for you, Fornix. Actually, how are you paying for it since you can't use Paypal atm?

Why have you quoted me o0? The game time cards I am referring too are the official time cards that you purchase in video game stores (much like you would wow cards etc) and the website I'm referring too would be the site that belongs to your gaming store. For example, I have a GAME store where I live, if I can't purchase the time cards there I would visit GAME's online retail store. Amazon sell the exact same cards. As long as the website you're buying it off supports iDeal :P

If this is about online purchasing being the issue I don't know much about it but just buying in store would hopefully solve this problem.

You did mention buying online which is what I was responding to... the conversation has moved to being unable to use debit cards online. Why have you quoted me o0? It has already been mentioned that shops selling gametime cards are hard to find in the region.
It's still not impossible for Dutch players though. There's plenty of Dutch webshops from which you can buy timecards in case local shops don't sell it anymore. It's merely a hassle, as often you'll have to deal with delivery costs or increased prices over online subscription. There's always the factor of delay, shipping after all takes at least 24 hours. And delivery by the national postal service is not done on Sunday and Monday in many regions. So if you realize on Saturday morning that your subscription is running out that day, at best you'll have a gametime card on Tuesday as physical delivery. As long as the website you're buying it off supports Ideal :P

There are some digital resellers, code by e-mail, etc. However my own experience with them is poor. I'd avoid it like the plague. Often there is a very low service standard. In case an e-mail is not sent out it tends to take several days prior to getting a response by e-mail. Contact by phone is often very poorly possible, simply either unanswered or a complete lack of interest. And with such a great deal of shady dealers out there selling stolen codes or reselling codes it's not unlikely to run into notices along the lines of "This code has already been entered".
But even though not impossible, it remains very consumer unfriendly to limit payment options to such an extent. For many more casual oriented players the hassle of dealing with timecards, delivery, etc may simply not be worth the return.
