I'm on the fence about this. My entire mmo history outside of ff14 has been entirely f2p mmos. So i know that a cash shops can exist without being p2w.

If done right they'll be able to release mounts, minions, outfits(specially because for soooome reason glamours are an endgame thing) and the likes without it having to align with patches or expansions and leave those for real content which is what I'm subbed for.

I don't understand people getting angry over mounts and minions being in a cs. It'd be as if patches 2.whatever added an npc that sold just mounts. That's it, no dungeons, no primals a full patch just to sell mounts. And that's all the content you'd get every other patch.

Now, if they start selling lockout resets or straight endgame gear you'll have a point in getting mad.
