You would still need to do loads of dungeons (gonna be hours and hours) to get enough to pay for a novus though. In a way it's different than: go to cash shop, click buy, it's yours. Who sells dungeons btw, people do that? Doesn't sound that lucrative.

I'm not against the cash shop. It just worries me a bit.

Thing is their are players that use RMT's and purchase the gil with money and I assume there is allot doing this because we still have a RMT's and their bot all around with the /tell everyday. People do sell dungeons fight I can say some are legit player but who to say a RMT haven't started this also think about it player buy gil and then gives to seller who perhaps is a RMT group selling they get that gil back profit up for resell next day to the next dope player who pays for gil.

uhm there is this FC on Balmung, that are selling T6-9+ gear, for 80mil.
and i seen posts on forum here, where ppl are basically saying that: oh i'll sell dungeon runs for 10k/person/run. and someone else says: what? just 10k? i'd go 6 digit...or maybe X amount/time.
so yah, if you can make 100k/run, would be faster than getting your novus, yourself.

Personally, I think those people just don't realize that the stuff they're buying from the cash shop was made using our subscription money and should have been put in the game for us to aquire in the first place, not sold for more money. From now on, some development hours will flow into making minions, mounts etc. for sale in the cash shop, hours that would have otherwise flown into making minions, mounts etc. for us to earn in-game.
So far, I felt like paying our subscription granted us access to everything the game had to offer. Well, not anymore, now.

Wrong. Subscription fee -only- pays for your access to the servers of the game. It does not entitle you to anything more than their game, and the patch updates. Are you going to attack them for making you buy Heavensward as well?

I don't even see the point of the "less crafting" You can't craft the ghost costumes anyways.

Where did I say that? I pay my sub to play the game and get the content patches. Pretty sure I never implied "being lucky" for not having to pay for the patches as well, nice try in spinning my words around though dear

May I ask where I can find this info? For example, how much will they be charging us for the Sleipnir mount?

I really want NASA astronaut space suit vanity/glamor and SPACE SHUTTLE ROCKET mount.

Basically ridiculous cash shop content that breaks the lore, e.g. boxer gloves(monk), candy cane(lancer), etc.

Maybe housing will be added to the cash shop? Could explain why housing is so expensive.

Technically, boxer gloves could fit in, as a throwback to one of the monsters in FF7 (and I forget what other FF's, I know there's more than one though), a goblin you fight in a forest, wears green boxer shorts and red boxer gloves

Also, Heavensward is not small bits of mounts and vanity, its a massive content dump and next chapter/stage of a story that could be standalone. Of course it'll be blended in with our current main story but its focus is on Ishgard and its war, not what we just did/been doing during vanilla.

Some people believe that our hard owned money from working day in and day out is all being applied to SE hitting the reset button on servers every week. I mean maintenance.

I really want to continue my sub.. But every time I read up on the game, Yoshi and friends always make a decision I can't seem to agree with.
