Optional items for a game are still part of the game, having those items only be available from a cash shop is a very conscious decision about the direction of the game.

That they really emphasized that they are NOT going toward P2W at all with this feature.

Stopping your subs will only raise questions to Yoshi-p as to why did a lot of people leave the game for? They will have a hard time figuring it out. If you just don't buy the optional stuff they will see plainly that people don't want that stuff.

Anyways, Voice your concerns it's very healthy to do so. However, I do not agree that stopping your sub or anyones sub will solve the "Optional" dilemma.
