    Ninja retains it's iconic look from Final Fantasy and still does DoT while the Summoner looks like crap compared to the rest of the jobs. At this rate the Ninja will crucify the Summoner unless SE change it to a Pet job

    Yes, people playing a ranged caster with a pet will all flock to a melee physical DPS because it's iconic. That makes a whole lot of sense
