SP nerfed. We were lied to.

It really is sad to see some of you defending this game.. presumably because the only thing you have to gain from it is a good game image to shop around to your friends or others. You'd have more dignity if you kept your mouths shut and your fingers off the post button.. and made helpful threads or supported some of the things on this board intended to improve the way this game relates to its fans. They lowered sp for every single thing you kill and some of you are "lathering yourselves in masochism" as someone recently said.

It took me 7 or 8 months to get Conjurer to cap by doing a lot of soloing. At this rate people are going to stop ranking up because the reward for effort is too low. That's something you defensive people should take note of. Don't prey upon people you see as whiners.. if you're strong enough to come in here and insult people use your strength to make suggestions to the dev team.

What solution are you giving me that makes behest now give as much sp/hour as it did before the patch? That's the point. The reason I use behest as the one point is because it was the best sp/hour before the patch and nothing right now gives comparable gains. If you think I'm close minded then why are you wasting your time in my thread?

also what if i pointed out you are now getting the same SP you got pre SP changes? so guess what, your getting SP like you used to in behest when it was popular back then too!

I would gladly try anything that gives the same sp/hour behest did pre-patch. But guess what? It doesn't exist after the patch.

Behest wasn't nerfed? Behest was probably the biggest SP nerf of them all. If they put it the way it was it was they still nerfed from what it was in 1.17c. So Yoshi lied.

Have you tried every way to level since the patch? Have to done leves? Have you been in a grinding party for a few hours? Have you gone and done the quests in the cities that give a good bonus?

If you have not tried them on your own, not listening to everyone else, but trying on your own then you don't know if it exists.

I have said so many times already that I can get SP. I can go and grind mobs. I know how to rank up. The issue is that it is far slower to rank up than it was pre-patch and that's fine except Yoshi made a letter saying it wouldn't.

So basically you're mad because the one way you liked to rank, that you felt was the best is nerfed? Yoshi said that he would not hurt SP but it would be balanced. Yoshi also said that behest would be adjusted, just because he hurt your favorite way of leveling does not make him a liar. It just means that, unfortunately, you'll have to adjust to the new way of playing.

Also as I said this is one half of a two part fix... which is why I said it was a bit early to jump the gun and point fingers. I get how ya feel, but being pissed off a people who don't agree with ya and arguing back and forth isn't going to change that at the moment this is how the game is.

I'm gonna wait and see what happens, as I said I don't agree 100% with some of the changes but I'll see how it goes. Then in the end I'll adjust or I'll go, it's as simple as that. This isn't the first MMO created, and it won't be the last.

Yoshi didn't lie. As it has been pointed out multiple times in this thread, he clearly stated that there would be balances to the system. Exploits have been dealt with. And I imagine the reason behind the timer for Behest is to stop the same people from finishing a behest, running back, and doing it again when there are other people waiting to do it too. I imagine in the future the Behests will become much more fun with new updates to them. I wish people would stop treating Yoshi like he's destroyed their house and shot their dog even though they refuse to read that he's already said.

With that being said, I have seen no reduction in my overall SP gain. I've been grinding and done two dungeons and I've had no problem getting around the same amount of SP as I did pre-1.18.

Behest NEVER WAS THE BEST WAY TO GET SP/HOUR.

REGULAR SP-PARTIES ALWAYS GAVE MORE AND STILL DO.
