    I didn't say remove the lockout. I said put in more hard content and spread gear across multiple dungeons so that even if you are locked out, you got 3-4 other places to go and get items from. Expand the itemization so that there isn't just one item that can be BIS so people have a reason to do other content. Currently SEs strategy is:

    -1 Raid Content
    -1 Easy Raid Content
    -Brain dead easy dungeons used to grind out the "free loot" so casual/new/returning players can catch up.

    Then repeat again next patch cycle. That's boring as hell and I don't see how they expect people to keep playing for 4 years (according to Yoshi on how far they planned out) if that's their master plan.

    Welp.
    - 1 Raid Content + similar Raid with more easy difficulty (but nearly same reward so all ppl's nearly on same note)
    - 1 alliance raid content with CT difficulty + diffuculty for "Raiders"
    - more dungeons
    - more open world (BUT NOT S..t like hunt)
    All this and ppl's start show up ingame
