Aldgoats, leve mobs, and crabs from what we actually tried. There's probably more. And I did it on my R25 THM proR21LNC
EDIT: Oh and the new beastcamp mobs too![]()

Leve mobs do not count as with guardians favor (even the new broken one) you get some bonus to SP afaik. And honestly only being able to do 8 every 1.5 days... that is NOT a viable form of xp. It's moreso done for the guild marks and faction credits.
Nope, Guardian's Favor doesn't do much.
And you can do 16 every 36 hour period.
Clearly you are doing something very wrong here.
EDIT: Oh and I was doing a R20 leve for the 200+ SP as a R25 THM :P

Like I said, I wasnt sure. It's still not impressive.
And... 16? You're counting crafting leves I'm assuming? Which do not benefit your main class at all... Please tell me I'm misunderstanding something there and that's not what you're actually talking about.
You can do 8 from one city-state, then go to another and get 8 more.
Only problem is you only have enough for 8 from each city-state when you can get R30 leves (there's 2 R30 camps with 3 leves each, so 6 camps with 3 leves = 18 leves to do).

It's still a 1.5 day cooldown on picking up new leves though no? All of my completed leve's are grey'd out and it wont let me pick any up. Timer says they'll be ready in 7 hours or so. So I'm not understanding the 16 in 36 hours thing.
Genuinely curious.. I posted a few pages back doing R20 leves as 24 THM and receiving 65-75~ sp per kill with GF on, on 1 and 2 star difficulties. Were you soloing a 5 star for that kind of SP, and did you have GF on?
As for the Behest debate? Personally I was getting 9-11k SP per run pre-patch at Camp Horizon; it dropped to 5-8k per run after fatigue started setting in. Now for the same exact run (at a popular camp) I get like 2500~.
So it occurs to me that with this update, it seems like the fatigue system has been "removed" in that it no longer visibly shows: we're all perma-stuck at 75-80% fatigue now.
I see claims of good SP; I personally haven't seen it, and I don't think I'm somehow initiating my leves incorrectly or incorrectly applying my GF to obtain my 70 SP/Kill.
Incoming tl;dr: So we need to solo 5 stars now?
Admittedly, I do suck at soloing in this game. I probably fit the casual player bill more than I'd like to admit lol. I was a keen soloer in FFXI, but that system just made a lot more sense to me. Solo chaining Goblin Smithy's in Yuhtunga as 27 BLU was awesome exp (if they blew up, otherwise the fights were hard as hell). And, immediately upon disembarking the airship to Kazham on whatever level 25 job I was on (including WHM and DRK), I solod an IT Mandragora. It was like my measuring bar back then. All 20 jobs have solo felled a Yuhtunga Mandragora at level 25. But this game is something else for me; haven't gotten into that swing yet or w/e.
(Deep breath) Point of overly long anecdote being: I wouldn't expect anyone in FFXI to have to solo IT mandies on any of their lvl 25 jobs; that was a personal bar I set for myself. And in FFXIV, if people are soloing 5 stars at their recommended level, there's something wrong about needing to fighting multiple mobs at a time that are 10 levels higher than you by yourself to positive SP gains, and that certainly doesn't fit the "casual player" description.
Nope, I was soloing a R20 vs. some Foraging Doe's. They hurt but they give good SP, even at 1 star.Genuinely curious.. 200 at 1 star? Wow. Thanks for the tip, I'll be trying that ^^
Also, as an aside: So I see everyone ripping Kensei a new one saying he got good SP from Behest. I was getting similar numbers to him at Camp Horizon for rank 16-22~. Not quite 13k per run (7 ARC 1 THM lol?), but 9-11k per run before fatigue set in (it set in very quickly, 4 Behests with grinding in between, 3 if I was leve linking in between). With fatigue I started grinding down to like 5k SP per Behest. I'm not sure what was being done differently; if the levels of members were too spread out usually for you or what have you, but Behest was like crystal meth in a can. It's crystal meth in a can. Behest is crystal meth. (Warning: May contain Anna Kourikova!) Or at least.. it was :/ Gone are the days of getting 10-24 in like 2 1/2 hours. My butt hurts.
