SP nerfed. We were lied to.

I agree too. The Sp is absolutely terrible now. Even tho he claims that leves are tailored for solo play now, before the patch I could solo them a lot faster and easier and get more sp, and the mobs were all 10 ranks above me. If i set that difficulty now I get destroyed by monsters because of healing costs and the clumsy auto attack system. 63 or so SP per kill and 1730 bonus sp for completion on raine riveries, when prior i recieved more than 5000 just soloing it, usually 20000 in a party.

I think they need to rethink the bonus and kill sp. The 'casual soloist' will take AGES to rank up to 50. not even the 3 months of playing for 2 hours a day yoshida was aiming for.

from my perspective as a caster doing leves in the rank 10 camp, they are no longer soloable. I die at least once or twice on each leve and that on solo difficulty. Yeah I am sure it is not so bad for melee but I don't really prefer melee play. And I am sure being new and generally not playing well has a bit to do with it. I am just saying that from the perspective of one that has only been playing for just a few days it no longer seems like soloing is an option outside of simple grinding.

As far as SP gains, I didn't even notice it. I was more worried about the durability hits to my gear after each death and realizing that leves are rewarding less gil now.

i agree but no one put's them self up for recruitment.

and thats the problem yes it's a convulted system right now, due to the poor coding or whatever the reason is, I think I recall reading a dev post on these forum's about why it is hard to add the /sea all function with the current coding. If people would now as a collective whole learn to and then use it, I think it will be a great system to learn even more people.

Also to the post about the friends, It's due to the new mind set of gamer's in MMO's, to play for ones own l33tness and not as the collective community, sure its been around since forever. I am stating it is highly more promenent now than say 6 years ago when it was needed to rely on the fellow community to do things, now it is all for solo content, which is watering down the use of it being an MMO because people want to play the game as a solo player experience than with other's.

i was actually very angry about this yesterday but from what ive seen and have done sp is just spaced all over the place now..

like i did the main story quest for uldah and got 19k sp for finishing it...so you just gotta try different things now

LOL. SP was not nerfed, sorry to burst a big bubble. It's pretty easy to skill up at the same rate as before, especially considering that many more activities now give SP, while before they gave none. And the fact that you continue to go around raging, pointing fingers and calling people liars shows how credible you are.

The vast majority of people know your claims on sp gain is bullshit, it's funny how everyone's personal experience differs from yours. Pretty sure we're not all bad players you're just exaggerating things.

You must have a quite selective reading considering quite a few other people back my "claims" lol.

Now, if quite a few people say that high SP gains are still there, a *sane* person would think that he's doing it wrong, instead of thinking that they all lie.
