Please add clearance condition to Group Finder

You can keep calling me names complain about my gear level, whatever, but that doesn't change the fact that, you (or any other players) are NOT entitled to have people at your beck and call for your farm PF. You are not that special that everyone else on the server has to yield to your wishes. Fact is, for the toughest newest content/instance for the best reward, there will never be enough players that got far enough to be immediately available to you when you want it. And excluding potentials will only make that those PFs even harder to fill.

This tangent is so way off course I just. What? How are you even reaching this conclusion at all? People aren't being forced to join these PF groups so they are not at peoples' beck and call. Why do you even keep repeating this irrelevant statement? It's called communication. If they are able to farm successfully but do not meet the specific requirements in the PF criteria they can /tell the leader. The party will decide. I've been in Ramuh PF groups with a i100 requirement for farms. We've said yes to i96 BLM with clears, or people said they were confident. If the group is cool with it they'll let them in. If they're not, they won't let you in. They're most likely going to be asshats anyway if they don't so why would you have the chance of having to waste yours and their times?

I wouldn't waste my time, nor would I advise anyone to waste theirs. But if people are "likely going to be ____hats ", then the system should not help them be like that. So a "no newbies wanted" checkbox will not get my support. I do NOT believe these people need more assistance to take for granted the community of players out there.

The fact that these people think that if that had their magic check box, means they can quickly and easily get a farm party using the PF for content where less than 1% has cleared is obviously delusional.The thing is these people operate with attitude that everyone out there should bow down and kiss their feet or something, so they think everyone else is at their beck and call.

Farm or previous win only parties are not taking new players for granted from the start. The new players were simply never welcome from the get-go to join that specific party for the most obvious reasons. LOL.

As for those who made it to to all phases of the specific fight and have nearly beaten, they can easily /tell the party the leader if they can tag along.

Get over yourself that new players are actually doing these parties a favor by joining them to "try out" - aka waste their time.

I think your understanding is clouded. If you join as a new player hoping they will carry you and you can earn an easy ninja win, you are at the mercy of that specific farm or previous win only party. The new player, by any means, is not doing this party any favors.

But DF is also a lottery, because you can get speed runner trolls who will verbally abuse anyone that doesn't go at their pace, and then try to vote kick people. It doesn't matter what goals they have, or even what multiplayer online game you play. The fact that you need more players to be able to play Starcraft2, CoD, LoL, etc, allies and opponents a like, you are begging for other players to join your game. There are all sort of games and all sorts of sessions, and why should they join yours instead of someone elses? Anyone can ask for a farm party, what makes yours so special?

Heck if you want to do a wedding, the invites you send are in fact begging for people to come to the wedding. You are not kings of ancient royalty where you can command attendance, and behead those that disrespect you by their absence or start war. You folks takes others for granted because you don't see that there are real people on the other side of the screen and keyboard. That is why you want to promote good sportmanship and try to be inclusive.
