This kind of trouble caused by speed runners happen too often. The system should just disable cutscene skipping when the 1st-timer bonus is being paid out. This a simple fix that can applied across the board on all dungeons/instances.

Additionally, they could allow the 1st-timers that are not in pre-formed party vote to deny the bonus from being awarded. That would really put a stop to people being a nasty to first timers.

Hate to break it to you, but it's totally not a reportable offense. GMs have already weighed in and they said they will not get involved in disputes over playstyle difference kicking. ...

These forum lawyers sure like to play word games with TOS. Don't believe them even for a second. When enough people report the same speed runner to the GM, they will investigate that speed run. If you attach logs of their verbal abuse and vote kick abuse, they will receive the punishment that they earned.

BTW this what I do about CM and Prae:

I The first step to being responsible is to not turn a blind eye to the situation. I report every one those speed runners abusing 1st-timers to the GM. That is the very least people can do. Second step, I organize people from my FC, 2 tanks or 2 healer to go with the 1st-timer and put a stop to anyone trying to force the 1st-timer to skip cutscenes. And the third step is to ask for the devs to disable the cut scene skipping when the 1-timer bonus is being paid out. ...

You know what that would cause? It would cause many, many players to stop even doing main scen roulette, so the new players end up queing for literally hours hoping to finish the main storyline. If they are forced to watch the cutscenes every single time.

So, you got to ask yourself. Which is the lesser of the evils: One the first run through of course, missing fights so you can watch the cutscenes (you can reque straight after to skip the CSs and take part in the fights), Skipping the CSs and watching them in the Inn, or spending hours queing for the dungeon to even complete the main story?

Hopefully SE have learnt from this that putting long cutscenes into party based farmable content is not a great idea XD Such abundance of cutscenes during one piece of content should be limited to single player content only.
