Yay, silly generalization.
Try learning decently a different language that also has a different way of writing and completely different rules, tell me how easy it is. If you thik it's "rude" of them not to talk english, try to learn Japanese, or Chinese, or Arabic, or even just Russian. Then come back and tell me how easy it was.

As I already said, the things I described are stuff that already happened to me

Now for the "learn their language!" part..
I am. I learned English and German; French enough to understand it, although too many years have passed since I learned it so I don't think I'm still able to write/talk in it myself.
Currently, I'm learning Japanese (for work, not for gaming, but still).

No, it's not easy. But at least I'm trying, although German, French and Japanese are not even languages that are spoken in many different parts of the world, like with English.

Japanese players that talk to you in english, are extending a courtesy to you, you better stop taking it for granted.

I don't take it for granted, I'm just trying to point out that's how it should be all the time, and I'm sad it isn't.
