I'm not talking just about lag, I need a service to even log in. Are you saying you had to pay for services like WTfast on other games to play at all? All games get lag at times but this is over the top.

The "just leave" argument is juvenile and really won't help Square catch up to netflix to deal with problems. When people buy things like collectors editions it was because they wanted to play the game. There was no warning that the game would not be accessible to the degree it was when I bought this.

I sincerely doubt refunds are available for people that had played the game but are sick of the extra 6 dollars a month to log in.

Either way I cancelled my auto renewal this morning.

If you need a service even to log in, you've got serious ISP issues and you need to get them to resolve it but if you're leaving anyway, don't let the door hit you on the way out.
