Bots are used by people purposefully cheating the system so they don't need to invest time.

We're talking about normal people with time constraints wanting the story and lore to be tied to content that they can complete within their time constraints.

They're nothing alike. You don't compare your average driver wanting to pay an affordable amount of money for a economy car with a thief who stole himself a brand new Bugatti do you?

I see some people in this post saying things like they beat Twintania alone, not supported by 7 other skilled players. Without this beuatiful static of yours, you guys are nothing, like many ppl in this game. The majority dont want coil or find it too hard? Dont think so, but a Static is a luxury few ppl have. There is a lot of really skilled players whit potential to clear even the Savage Coil, who cant go past T5 simply because they cant find other 6 ppl that can also do it.

So this is directed to the guy who said "You a warrior of light who cant clear T5? Thanks, but i will look for another hero" and the person who also cpy pasted this saying and put it into his sign, without static, you guys will sound like noobs too. Go to T5 DF alone and try to be a badass there...

The only way this could work is if Coil was included in the actual Main Story Quest line and everyone was forced to do it. Then you could do what's currently done for Primals, in that you've got a Hard Mode which is pretty much a cake-walk and then the Extreme version which is the actual fight that gives loot.

If Coil isn't forced onto the entire player-base then there is zero point in making a story mode for people to do. Either you'll spend the time to actually finish the fights (4h at most to learn T5) or you'll realize the effort isn't worth it to you and you'll go watch the CS's on YouTube.

I just wish I could get through coil without being in a Static. I don't even want the gear drops other than for glamours (considering I should be able to get by just fine with full Noct), and the only items I do seriously want are the White Raven Armor Fragments since I can craft those into really cool things.

But yeah. Statics are a pain in the ass to deal with and in my experience, they're usually comprised of short-tempered, unforgiving types who rage on the first wipe.

It's not Yoshidas problem that you can't make the time to play certain content the game has to offer, if you don't have the time litteraly then the bleeding edge content of a MMO shouldn't really be something your worried about.

I heard a lot of things but that is new. How is for you something that has been out for more than a year and has been deserted for a good 6 month "bleeding content" (in the example of T5. The same could be said about T6-9 in 3 month or so) ?

Really? Thats great. How many tries did it take? You think you could repeat this miracle? I dont think so, most of the runs i got into dont even got to snakes (and thats a lot of runs).

3 times with PF/FC learning party
6 times DF.
The last DF I managed to down it and it wasn't a miracle or what lol.
And FYI, in at least half of those tries, I was actually part of the reason why the party failed.
I'm quite sure I can pass it again, since many people in my friend list/LS/FC downed it through DF and to be perfectly honest, many of the pugs in DF actually knows the fight better than I did .

In many cases, people just don't notice when they are actually part of the problem.
People tend to overestimate their capability?
I'm not saying this applies to your situation, but this could partly explain why so many people complain about pugs ruining their chances in DF, not realizing they might be contributing to that result.

To go further, if there are so many skilled players who are still stuck at T5, they shouldn't be still stuck at T5.
Why? Because the duty finders is bound to match the so called skilled players together and they should be able to clear it.
If a lot of people got problem with T5, it means DF for T5 has lots of players without necessary knowledge to down T5.
Though so far from my experience T5 DF is actually quite good.

By the way if you are stuck at T5 and feels like you know the fight, why don't you ask your FC to help you?
Many FC help members get through content, especially those without lockout.

After further consideration, I would rather the devs put resources towards making long hair styles not clip with clothing instead of developing a story mode anything.
