In a game known for PvE people just don't seem to understand what that mean. Having a separate area is like segregation, it's unfair that others can go in there but because one doesn't like PvP due to bullying and such that happens in all games with PvP. Why should people who do PvP feel they are special and need the game to revolve around that.

Se wont go with a dedicated PvP server because,
1. There isn't enough interest in PvP to justify servers on their own (this isnt like WoW and other PvP's out there)
2. FF has always been and always will be about PvE
