Why shouldn't someone be allowed to watch the cutscenes on first playthrough?

Your brain is flawed in its ability to interpret information. I didn't get my mapping achievement for Sastasha, but I've done that at least 2 dozen times. I didn't get it because people speed run sastasha, skip chests and all. I didn't get it until 3 weeks ago when I was helping a FC member with a one of our own really experienced FC tank that made sure we maximized EXP for our new FC member. So you misinterpret that info as being new.

I wouldn't be surprised if you were one of those who don't even run MS roulette anymore and just want to argue for the sake of it.

Funny thing is I was doing this last week to help a fresh level 50 in our FC. I recruited two of our FC tanks to go, and that put a stop to any nonsense about cutscene skipping.
