If Vets stop running them, it will put a barrier to completing the Story Quest akin to the Atma quest. The reason for this is the queue times will raise, especially for new DPS. Do we want to hurt newbies with 4-5h queues?

No, if it's enforced, speed runners will stop running them. Don't speak for everyone, i'll still run them quite happily. I hate speed runs.
