Start by asking your DPS to save their buffs for these lamia. There is no point pushing dps earlier because this fight is all about control.
Specifically, Melee dps should use their buffs once the lamia is "in position" (your tanking position at the 2nd lamia spawn point - see below).
When the boss is approaching 80%, prepare your hate combo. Hit Melusine with Fast & Savage Blade and move over to the first Lamia's spawn point. As it appears, hit it with Rage of Halone for an immediate hate spike.
Immediately move to the spawn point of the second lamia (shield-lobbing as you go) and dps it there. Maximise your hate, so that when the second lamia spawns, you can immediate start tanking it without risk of losing hate on the first (presuming it's still being finished off).
Use Hallowed Ground to stay alive if you have to.
The cool thing about Cursed Shriek is that it goes off together with the circular blade aoe, so you can move to safety without moving the lamia for a short time. Use that to your advantage to get inside the Shriek's safe zone/cone when it's needed.
Just face to the rim for the moment that the debuff expires if you have cursed voice.
If your dps haven't used up all their damage buffs on the first lamia, they should be using them on the second. Be ready to pick run over and pick up the third when it is time (the second and third lamia spawn on a fixed timer) and drag it back to the second's spawn point. If the second hasn't died in time, it's the dps fault if they are in the way of tail swipes etc.
You can kinda take your time on the third lamia (within reason).
I hope that helps.
