Whenever I think about SE's approach to releasing new content I can't help but feel like a horse on a carrot, except everytime I finally come within reach of the carrot the rider instead feeds me some rancid, rotting eggplant or something and then says "Sorry I couldn't give you that carrot, server limitations and all. You'll get the carrot eventually though, please look forward to it".

Same here! It started back in the 1.xx days for me. Now it feels way worse then 1.0 ever did. I had to cancel my sub because I felt like an idiot being strung along...its really sad what happened and how everything ended up.

It tends to be like the story of the Monkey's Paw. You get your wish but....
