With Focus bar/Casting/Enemy list added. Bar 3 is my CD bar so I can see individual abilities that might be in macros. Bar 1 and 2 is for abilities that I don't need all that often, or quick use for items. 7/8 is jobs/mounts. I recently reinstalled so I haven't remade all my crafting job sets.

I imagine you could also load up Photoshop or even MS Paint, drag a rectangle across the chat pane and paint it black?

Limit Break Bar is above the party list and my Focus Target is down next to my crossbar to the right.

How do you macro changing to different classes like most of you seems to have done?

Open your character menu, click on the job/class listings icon (looks like a piece of paper with lines on it), click and hold on one of the classes and drag down into your hot bar.

You can also macro them with a text command, but I can't remember if this will give you that job's icon or not:
/gs change # (where # is the number of the set you want to change to)

D'OH!!!! I've actually done that by mistake a number of times and had the mouse icon turn into the class icon but never realized I could attach it to a hotbar

To do that you would have to write it like:

    /micon Paladin classjob
    /gs n

(where n is the value in your gearset listing that you desire)

Although I think that's a lot more time consuming and a waste of a slot for a custom macro.
