I wouldn't count it too bad of a necro myself, no point in making a new one when its just showing setups as opposed to discussed topics. :3

Made myself a new overlay. Actually pretty neat (In my opinion). Usually changing the portrait on the right every few days. The arrows in the centered hotbar can disable all the stuff you can see in the second picture. Also made a video about it, you can watch it here -> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=N0_B...ature=youtu.be
Open in new tab for full size:

I have a small screen, I don't like it too cluttered.
Party window is either upper left when I play dps or slightly to the left of the middle of the screen when I play healer.
I have a g600 mouse, so I have my hotbars set to match the layout on the mouse:
Normal look / no party
With my jobs tab toggled to show (controlled by the star button)
And in a party, with party & focus target:

I have poor vision, and play with a monitor shoved right in my face. I used have a UI that was spread around the corners of the screen, but that didn't work well after I got a monitor arm. So here's what I use now. Compact and simple to use. I can even read chat sometimes.
Normally it looks like this.
When I press a trigger to use a skill it looks like this
Battle Mode looks like this
When I'm gathering, I have a macro button to show the mini map.
