Why is Housing Such a High Priority?

I'd love for more jobs, especially complex ones or a real pet job. But as was said in another topic, SE thinks we're too dumb to handle any of that, so they try to make all the jobs as similar as possible so people can easily switch to them and have no trouble, yet some people still do, no matter how often they play said job :/ That's another let down in the majority of mmos these days, there's no real difference in the jobs except very tiny minor things that don't really impact it, which makes it kind of boring.

Because you do not understand the difference of the jobs in this game, it doesn't mean that there isn't any.
