a lot vs alot. Commends do not prove anything as people get bonuses for giving them out. I agree with what Urielparadox said if you are having a large number of rage quitters. Maybe they should make an option for when you click "leave" in a duty you have a few choices to say why you left if you want to. Then there is data to analyze, which could even be used to see what % of the time people leave duties that you're in and why. (Not a serious suggestion, but it would be interesting to see.)

Not this, but I do want to see a 5 minute lockout if you hit withdraw when a duty pops.
If you genuinely have a reason you can't enter the instance at that time then you can wait 5 minutes. If you're just fishing for in progress then tough luck, it's going to take a long long time to get one.
I think they should make it so that someone can not get another random dungeon, untill they finished the one that they received the first time.
A example Player A gets Copperbell Mines, Player A does not want to do this dungeons and goes offline to fake d/c or just leaves. Player A clicks on random duty after the penality is over and instead of getting a random dungeon, Player A gets Copperbell Mine again. Player A will keep getting Copperbell Mines, untill he finished them.
This way there is no extra pointless way punishment and Player A knows that he has to finish this dungeon sooner or later, so he grind his teeth and do it.

How does one know if they're rage quitting?
I think to prevent people from trying to get their loot and running....leaving the group without a member they should say that you got loot but not show what it is or allow you to roll on all loot until either A) you complete the dungeon or B) vote abandon is passed through. Then you roll on everything you got in the dungeon and leave after one of those conditions are met.

People who make these threads are probably the reason others want to leave the run in the first place.

So basically, if I'm stuck with 3 bots and I can't kick them all, I should pay for leaving? Or if the people in a run really aren't that good, and I give them advice on how to improve, however they ignore it and it still leads to wipes, I'll have to pay to repair my gear, AND I have to pay because I leave the instance? I'll just leave the money on my retainers the next time then, what a bad suggestion that is LOL.

I'm not sure how the system would be able to single out/differentiate someone leaving as a rage quit and someone leaving because they had to for what ever reason (Not feeling well, etc)... in that case it would end up punishing an innocent person as much as the rage quitters o_O
