VIP transfers are now officially sold out.

I apologize for any aggravation but the numerous messages that have been posted were only indicating that others got in ahead of you and thus tickets went into a 'pending' mode while their purchases were complete.

Actually, my message was specifically stating there was a flaw or issue with either the site or your Promo Code. I know you are only the messenger but the message "sorry you were too late" is insulting considering I'm using the info SE provided and it still did not work....not becuase I was too late, but because it simply did not work.

Sorry if my venom is pointed at you Hvinire...I know you are only doing your job. Just super frustrated.

I apologize that you had issues with the site or the promo code. From our viewing position, all VIP transfers available went into 'pending' status within 30 seconds after 10:30 a.m. PDT. Some tickets did get released back into the system after 15 minutes had passed, and almost immediately reentered 'pending' status.

I certainly understand how anyone who was unable to get a ticket could be frustrated. We'll of course do our best to ensure that all guests, regardless of being VIP, have an enjoyable time at Fan Festival 2014.

Man...I got lucky this time. Immediately when 10:30am struck (Ramuh pun intended) I clicked ENTER PROMO CODE and got right in. The first time anything like this has gone smoothly for me.

probly not since its a perk of spending 80 more but can always ask some one who is a vip to have it signed for you pretty sure some one out of the 250 would be willing to do it i wouldnt mind if it was so important to some one to have an item signed
