Think need to get everyones stuff they want signed and have others get it signed for you lol I so can see charging 1 dollar and ill take your stuff and get it signed heck i would do it for free even since people having such issues

I’ve tried refreshing, restarting, logging out and back in, clearing my cookies, different browsers etc..

I didn’t have this many problems with buying the tickets the first rounds on the same system. I was able to grab 3 tickets in the pre-sale and 2 more in the general sale.

It just won’t show or even give me the options, pasted code or hand typed, it still shows me a blank screen with the stupid text : "Bummer, no more tickets available. Enter a promo code or start over to select another event."

Ugh, this whole Eventbrite system is just a pain in the backside...it dies immediately, it doesn't give you any real information of if you're even really getting anywhere, or were getting anywhere in the first place, its just pure distilled essence of frustration.

This is complete bullshit. My only hope now is that Yoshi P is as amazing has people say and he takes pitty and signs my CE.

I can say for certain that after this event, I probably won't be doing this again if this is how thigs are run. You guys knew from before that the site can't handle that many people hitting it. You should have just randomly selected people until you got 250 bites.

I understand that there were a limited number of these VIP upgrades, but I'm not sure why it was allowed that only a single ticket be upgraded out of multiple tickets purchased. Obviously, you would only wish to be upgrading to VIP with the people you purchased tickets for and not be separated. I would rather give my 1 VIP upgrade to someone else then force my group to be separated because of this. Are there going to be any opportunities in the future to relinquish VIP or upgrade other tickets purchased by single person that did manage to upgrade 1 ticket?

It would also have been a nice indicator to mention that the promo code was case sensitive as I and many others were getting a "invalid code" error. I was following the email instructions indicated and I was left without getting an upgrade due to this problem.

Actually, my message was specifically stating there was a flaw or issue with either the site or your Promo Code. I know you are only the messenger but the message "sorry you were too late" is insulting considering I'm using the info SE provided and it still did not work....not becuase I was too late, but because it simply did not work.

Sorry if my venom is pointed at you Hvinire...I know you are only doing your job. Just super frustrated.
