The only mount affected by that was the Goobbue (it was raised slightly to match the running speed of the other mounts). If you are having inertia on a mount you are experiencing the issue. It's more noticeable on the mounts because they have a higher top speed.I'm glad I haven't encountered any kind of issue with this (yet?). I've been playing for a few hours since 2.38 went live and I'm using a Dualshock 3 controller on PC through Motioninjoy, and haven't experienced any issues. I thought I noticed my war steed running a little slower than usual, but after looking over the patch notes, I realized that the movement speed of mounts had been adjusted.
Other than that, no problems so far. Whatever is going on though, hope it gets resolved soon for the rest of you.
