From what I've seen, all Expert roulette dungeons will give the brilliant light, as will ST. Even Brayflox HM gave it. I'm currently checking all the level 50 dungeons so we know where the 'breakoff' point is.

EDIT: Compiling everything mentioned so far. Also giving a +1, +2, etc in terms of what each light gives in points, and a question mark next to it means I'm not 100% sure or if the people reporting it are not sure. If a duty is listed multiple times, it means it can give multiple types of light. Also using shorthand for area names to make this easier to type out.
