I believe the bind they're referring to is Blizz II? Lol okay, that works swell against ranged. Hey BRD, come here so I can lay down dat snare and don't interrupt me.

You see this is the reason why my hotbar setup for pvp has only my instant cast in close button press range, its because the long cast skills are incredibly situational.
Though Blizz II's bind...I might have to look back and rethink my cross class setup...Stoneskin is still never going to get crossed.
