    Actually there is an accepted bug due to lack of the CP on them. So I'm guessing this is mostly a matter of time until adjusted.

    Topic 18: The Ixali Gloves are weak!
    Ixali quests were designed for new crafters not existing hardcore crafters, so gloves aren't OP
    Not a bug! Just not Artisan Gear as i suspected.
