I've come across several posts in regards to accidental benediction self healing.

Copy and paste this as a macro. This will make sure the heal will only go off with a specific target and will not default to a self heal if the target is unreachable or ends up dead. Meaning you can spam it if you are out of range or waiting for someone to res.
