I was too lazy in gaining funds and progressing my rank that I can't immediately afford a small house which makes me paranoid to the idea that they will all be taken up by the time I can actually afford one. Shame on you SE.

On a real note, sharing personal with FC housing sounds like a disaster waiting to happen.

I think the disaster happened as soon as people saw the patchnotes. Countless people have been looking forward to personal housing for months, because FC housing was too expensive for them, and because they were told that personal housing would be cheaper, more affordable. Hopes have been crushed, trust has been broken.

Honestly, even plenty people who kept their expectations reasonably low have been disappointed because SE's way of implementing personal housing seems so unbelievably bad.
