What is coming in 2.38?

Just can't put my finger on the Relic upgrade based on the content available... I would say its Soldiery or Allied Seals (which Seals would be broken in context of 'long') related but everything since i90 has been associated to RNG to make it supposedly 'long' while luck contradicts their statement. There has to be some low-rate, low-challenge, redundant content to keep consistency...

I doubt Savage 1-5 is gonna be in 2.38 all they have ever said is that they will look into it someday

Also about the personal housing and land, I've always learned to scrutinize every little word dealing with disclosed information from SE because they have a dubious record of never wanting to do so. So although every single time he mentions adding land, Yoshi-P also mentions that personal housing will also be available in 2.38 it does not mean 100% that personal housing will require the land but just that both will exist in 2.38. Although I have to admit it is prolly about a 80% chance that they are making the ridiculous decision to put personal housing on the same server structure as FC housing, maaaaaybe they won't make that mistake because he never flat out says the land will be required for personal housing. If the Dev team cannot figure out a way to supply FC housing to the playerbase because of resource limitations the last thing they should do is attach personal housing to the same resources... Then again based on their track records of falling short on EVERY single patch/sub-patch so far, this is the highest probability of severe disappointment to come from this patch

Some people are going to be disappointed. Some people are always going to be disappointed. That's just how the internet is. No matter what happens, someone will whine. No matter what they do, even if they give everyone who plays FFXIV a pony that farts rainbows, this forum will be full of whining when the patch comes out. Look forward to it!

Well yea that is true, but i was more directing to the fact that there has been maajor oversight errors in every patch, that then gets adjusted asap for damage control... and not having any room for personal housing because of the needless way they seem to be planning to handle the resources is the most likely oversight error of this patch

This is my biggest fear I guess. They've constantly made excuses about how they cant do this, or cant do that because of limited resources in the game engine or whatever, (the dev post saying they couldnt easily alphabetize a list still just boggles my mind), and based on that, how the hell are they going to manage tens, if not hundreds of thousands of custom player houses each loaded up with items?
