Go do AND clear T9, try most if the end game contents,AS ALL ROLES, maybe then, just maybe you have the right to speak about the easy level of the game...

With how execution/mechanic intensive the fights are in this game, it's less about playing the class and more on playing the mechanic... which diminishes the whole gear progression and being proficient at your class.

Why is that a problem that a skilled team is required for end game raids?

There's nothing "teamwork" about hoping person A doesn't get caught in an explosion that causes a chain reaction. From what I've seen, there's very little team/party interaction in a lot of the mechanics that are causing players problems, and more emphasis on "hope no one in the party messes up".
