    whats the enmity rotation pre lvl 30? im having a hard time keeping hate as a low lvl mar

    No rotation. Just mark a kill order and use two or three overpowers. Then switch to the skull sunder combo with the occasional flash. For single target, don't try to keep up maim or fracture until you get defiance. Just spam that SS combo and hope the bards don't get too many crits.
