ok i just used Google to search form this skill and could find a Picture as well as cooldown, casttime and range but what exactly does this skill? (can't remember someone doing this during the Paladin Story line)

As a Paladin who pumped Mind into my tank in 1.20~1.23 with melds, I would be enthralled to see spells play a part on Paladin

Increases spell and skill speed. Enemy paladins have a habit of casting it when they are nearly dead, recent examples being the ones in halatali HM.

But in that case we will not get it i asume, Yoshida already said that something like haste will not made avaiable for the player

Haste won't be there, but something to increase Spellspeed (Since it's the topic here) can very well be done...in fact, WHM already have that skill

When done properly it is very easy to mitigate Twintania's DeathStrike using Stoneskin. Its a long cast, not impossible when you know its coming but a legit increase in cast time would really make you a brick wall in t5.
