Haste won't be there, but something to increase Spellspeed (Since it's the topic here) can very well be done...in fact, WHM already have that skill

When done properly it is very easy to mitigate Twintania's DeathStrike using Stoneskin. Its a long cast, not impossible when you know its coming but a legit increase in cast time would really make you a brick wall in t5.

Maybe...For now, the only job that can increase its skill speed is MNK and it requires several combos and constant DPS for maintaining it. Just giving a "Haste" spell seems unfair towards them.
