What's with the Early Pull Brigade?

All this dread over hunts is amusing to me.

Generally: FFXI people raged usually and would either name & shame (falsely) that the other person used a bot while they submitted an incoherent GM report - you got on a first name basis with a GM or two from all the rage directed at you for claiming NMs & HNMs over the years.

Competition is bad for MMO communities outside of PVP - people get frustrated and belligerent.

I think any Hunt group that makes a conscientious effort to make marks more accessible and orderly should always be considered a good thing & commended for their efforts.

It does not need to be "us vs. them" I really just shake my head whenever I see that attitude on the forums.
