Reporting FC leaders who know about cheaters?

I am assuming you've a written admission, signed and appropriately notified by the cheater in question?

Or you've just made allegations without any hard proof to the leader and he's decided not to kick the player on hearsay?

As i've said in first post i've alerted this FC leader several times now about the bot, hes aware.
