Also, when a person is going into a dungeon for the first time it says 'this is a new player you get extra credit for completing this', so people don't need teacup to help them.

And? It doesn't tell you which of the other 3/7 are new, just that one is. AND it doesn't tell if that person knows their own job either. The person could be new but learned their job like a pro and have zero issues at all, or ignored all the information about their job thrown at them, and fail miserably. What about the people who aren't new to the content, but got carried when they were and STILL don't know anything about the fights, or did it months ago and this is their second time in months and they've forgotten(no excuse imo, but it happensI guess)? Neither of those will send you a "new player" message.
